Me :)

Hi there!, My names Kayleigh and welcome to my blog!. I am 20 years old and I am senior florist and a keen gardener. I went to college first of all to study computing, I did two years of level 3 computing where I gained a Merit (B) and Pass (C) . I then went on to do something practical with my life and went on to study level 3 floristry for a year where I gained a Distinction* (A). After I left college I was very lucky to get such a great job that I love. This blog is not only going to be about my job, but it will also be about my gardening, florist ideas and techniques. This page is just a little bit about me. Hope you enjoy!

Hobbies and interests:

Gaming (computer and xbox (I do a lot of gaming in my spare time!)), going out with friends, flowers, plants, cacti (I have a massive obsession with Cactus's!), gardening, walking, reading, writing, animals, skateboarding, dress making, drawing, creating new ideas, The Hobbit, The Lord Of The Rings, Supernatural (I have a tattoo of it), Sherlock, tattoos, Marvel, DC, My music (rock, heavy metal, etc), Foooood!!!, and probably so many more!.

Work:
I am now a full time florist (recently been put on to full time from part time as a colleague is on maternity leave but I think I will be full time from now on) so I normally range from doing four days a week unless I am covering for people on holiday or sickness in which case I am then doing five days a week I work at two different florist shops, one on one day and the other the other three days, but again I do float around from shop to shop if someone is away and cover is needed.

Gardening:

Well I like to do some gardening when I am not working, it mostly consists of pottering around weeding, moving plants from the greenhouse into the garden, taking cuttings from work and planting them in the greenhouse, dead heading, re-potting, moving plants and so on.
